finn et enklere uttrykk å integrere:
[tex]\sin^4(x)=[\sin^2(x)]^2[/tex]
[tex]\sin^4(x) =[(1 -\cos(2x)/2)]^2[/tex] 
[tex]\sin^4(x)=1/4[1 + \cos^2(2x) - 2\cos(2x)][/tex]
[tex]\sin^4(x)=1/4[1 - 2\cos(2x) + (1 + \cos(4x)/2 ][/tex]
[tex]\sin^4(x) =(1/4) - (1/2)\cos(2x) + (1/8) + (1/8)\cos(4x)[/tex]
[tex]\sin^4(x) =(3/8) - (1/2)\cos(2x) + (1/8)\cos(4x)[/tex]
