Trenger hjelp med en oppgave:

Let R be a commutative ring with unity. Explain what an ideal J in the ring R is?
Give an example of a commutative ring R with unity and an ideal J which is not a prime ideal,
and also not all of R. In addition: give an example of a commutative ring R with unity and an ideal J which is a prime ideal,
but not a max ideal.

Et ideal $(J,+)$ er en undergruppe av $(R,+)$, slik at også $rx\in J$ for alle $r\in R$ og $x\in J$.

Eksempel 1: La $(R,+,\cdot )=(\mathbb{Z},+,\cdot )$, og la $J=4\mathbb{Z}$. $J$ er ikke prim siden $2\cdot 2\in J$, men $2\not\in 4\mathbb{Z}$.

Eksempel 2: La $R=k[X,Y]$ ($k$ en kropp) og $J=(X)$ være generert av $X$. $J$ er prim, men ikke maksimalt siden $(X)\subset (X,Y)\neq R$

Takker - jeg prøvde eksempler med hhv: $ <0> \in \mathbb{Z_6}$
og
$ <0> \in \mathbb{Z}$
men surra litt

$(0)$ er kun et primideal i heltallsdomener, dvs. i $Z$, men ikke i $Z_6$.
